SSR search of Passionfruit genome

SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers, also known as microsatellite markers, refer to tandem sequences of one or several variable repeat units of nucleotides that are widely distributed in the biological genome. The repeat units mainly consist of 2-3 nucleotides, with a few cases having 4 nucleotides or more, such as (AG)n, (GA)n, (GAA)n, (GATA)n, etc. The length of the repeat region varies from tens to hundreds of base pairs (bp).

SSR type: Mono, Di, Tri, Tetra, Penta and Hexa.
